• Application Submission: The application, along with the lab test report, is submitted.
• Verification and Authentication: The documents and application are authenticated by BIS officials.
• Grant of License: The license is granted upon successful authentication.

• Company Registration on the Portal: The firm or its AIR registers on the portal of BIS to begin the process.

• Testing of Products: It is a critical process wherein the product safety is tested in a laboratory. The test report is an integral part of the application.
